Across four distinct rooms, Chef Steven Wu presents a menu of sushi and Kaiseki dishes that combine local produce with authentic Japanese products. The experience is defined by a deep reverence for the seasons, following the cycle of Hashiri (anticipation), Shun (peak perfection), and Nagori (the farewell to a season). It is a concept designed and delivered by the chef to celebrate the subtle, evolving beauty of nature’s bounty.
Meet the Chef

Steven Wu
Specialist Chef Steven Wu leads Sen Omakase with a culinary passion inherited from his father and refined alongside Japan’s finest masters. After initial training in Spain and Belgium, Steven travelled to Tokyo to master the art of sushi before moving to Kyoto to hone his skills at the legendary Michelin-starred Uosaburo, a cornerstone of Kaiseki tradition for nine generations. By blending this rigorous technical foundation with the heartfelt Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi hospitality, Steven has crafted a uniquely authentic and refined dining experience.
